Recommended by my teacher I'm an adult learner if 5 years improving bowing is difficult but focussing on it though a bit tough is also very helpful & constructive I only recently got it so just working through some of the early exercises

I was a little disappointed with this book as I'd hoped there might be more guidance on the bowing techniqes to be used with all the multitude of exercises. However, I'm sure it will be useful for many years as my teacher will be able to pick out specific exercises.
