I love the ability for students to gain note-reading practice of ledger line notes.
There is an assumption made that students will have already covered basic 5-finger scales (major/minor) by the time they use this book. This causes some difficulties for those students who have not already learnt these.

The third book in the Notespeller series is very child-friendly and supports any practical method on the piano. My 6 - 8 year old pupils love these books and so do their parents! Highly recommended.
